I hate buying things offline anymore. Actually, that’s not true, what I hate is not being able to buy things without an exit strategy if things go bad. This is why I love Amazon. If something isn’t right, they just fix it. No need to be a jerk about it – just fix the problem. That’s how I choose to do business as well.
Well here’s the deal, I have a strict policy that I like to call my HAPPY CLIENT POLICY. It goes something like this:

It is an honor and a privilege to be selected from the billions of photographers in the universe to take your senior photos. I take this honor very serious and therefore pledge all my photoninja skills, talents and toys I can to make your senior photos the greatest ever. I shall do all within my power to make sure you are a happy camper from the time you stumble onto my site, book my skills, spend some quality photo time with me and then revel in the final pictures. I promise that if you don’t like your photos I will make everything better by either 1) reshooting, recorrecting, reprinting, resomething until you are happy or 2) if there is just nothing I can do to make you happy I will cheerfully give you back all your money with a heart-filled apology that we weren’t able to work together. period.
In order to work together, you have to agree to two things too: 1) don’t be a jerk – because that’s just not nice & 2) if you take the nuclear option and want your money back that’s cool, but you agree not to use any of the images that I took. That seems only fair.
Let me summarize. Me want you to be happy. If you aren’t, me fix. If I can’t fix, me give you back your money.
